Merit Award
Established in 2016, The GISB Merit Award honors academic excellence, extracurricular activities, and community service.
Applications for the Merit Award are open for students in grades 9 and up. It is awarded annually and includes a one-year tuition reduction. The award recognizes students that demonstrate academic excellence and excel in extracurricular activities and community service.
Award recipients are chosen by a committee that includes the Head of School, a GISB teacher, the Chair of the Board of Trustees, the Head of the Parent Council, and external College Admission Officer and other members of the community.
