GISB Virtual Speaker Series – Cooking with Milk Street: Ideas for Weeknight Recipes

Please join Milk Street, the cooking school and multimedia organization founded by GISB parent Christopher Kimball, for an hour of weeknight recipe ideas for the whole family. Chefs Rosemary Gill and April Dodd will make a crowd-pleasing meal and teach you their favorite two-minute solution for adding intensely bold flavor for those who want it: infused spice oils. You can drizzle these deeply aromatic additions on your soup (or chicken, or roasted vegetables, or rice another night) but leave it off your kids. Everyone eats one meal and no one has to compromise on flavor. All attendees will receive a packet of recipes.

Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street in downtown Boston is home to his cooking school and where Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street television and radio shows are recorded. Milk Street is devoted to changing how we cook by searching the world for bold, simple recipes and techniques that are adapted and tested for home cooks everywhere.
