30 Years of German Unity

“The hope for a truly united Germany […] is a goal that is being striven for above all by the new generation, who only knows the fall of the Wall from stories.”

In connection with the celebration of the 30th anniversary of German reunification, our 12th graders conducted a project for which they interviewed contemporary witnesses. People from the former GDR and FRG, who were in very different life situations, were able to tell our future high school graduates how they experienced the events 30 years ago and how their views and hopes were confirmed or changed.
