GISB Virtual Speaker Series: Climate Anxiety & Youth Mental Health

Wednesday, March 8, 2023, 7:00 – 8:00 pm ET

Living with an uncertain future is stressful, and studies show that today’s youth feels anxious about the consequences of climate change. Join our discussion with Clinical Psychologist Dr. Kelsey Hudson to learn more about how climate change affects young people’s mental health. Considerations for coping, communication, and sustained engagement will be provided, and the last part of the hour will be reserved for questions and answers. This event is for parents, educators, students in grades 7-12, and everyone interested in this topic.

This event is part of an increased effort at German International School Boston to promote sustainable thinking and actions inside and outside the classroom.
