The German International University Entrance Examination 

How can GISB students stand out among the large number of excellent High School students qualifying for renowned colleges and universities in the US and Europe?

The German School of Silicon Valley (GISSV) was the first German International School in the U.S. to launch the DIAP in 2009. As the recent placement of students graduating from GISSV at North American and European universities demonstrates, DIAP graduates successfully compete for international College and University spaces.
 

In September 2011, the German International School Boston followed GISSV’s example and opened Grade 11. In 2013, GISB will graduate its first recipients of the German International Abitur and the Massachusetts High School Diploma. With this dual degree they will be qualified and entitled to study at German and American or any English-speaking international university. The strong collaboration between GISB and GISSV will be further extended with a virtual classroom, connecting the senior high school students and teachers from the US East and West Coast.
